How it all works
Four simple steps from purchase to rug-making. No fuss, no complications.
ORDER
Pick your size and place your order online with a deposit. Tell us your initial idea — size, style, any reference images you have.
CONSULT
We'll get in touch to refine your design, nail down the colours, and make sure we've got your vision exactly right before we start tufting.
CREATE
We tuft your rug by hand using Cheeky Yarn — our own upcycled yarn spun from recycled plastic. You'll get updates at key stages, from mid-process to finished piece.
DELIVERY
Once complete and payment is confirmed, we'll package your rug and deliver it to you for free. Production time is typically 2 to 5 weeks.

Yes — the more reference you can share, the better. You can drop links (Pinterest, Google Drive, Dropbox, Instagram etc.) in the enquiry form, or email us files directly after submitting. We accept JPG, PNG, PDF, and AI files.
No worries — just describe your idea in the brief and we'll work with you to develop it. A mood board, colour reference, or even a rough sketch is plenty to get started.
Yes. We regularly work with brands and businesses on logo rugs. Send us your logo file and we'll advise on the best size, pile style, and colour match.
Yes — we always share a digital layout for your approval before we begin. No tufting happens without your sign-off.
Typically 2–4 weeks from design approval, depending on size and complexity. If you have a deadline, let us know in the form and we'll do our best to accommodate.
