Workshop
Can I design my own rug?
Absolutely, you can totally craft a rug with your own unique design! Please use the linked form to submit your tufting idea at least 48 hours before the workshop. This enables us to sketch your concept onto the canvas in advance, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience. And before you make your final design call, be sure to check out our Tufting Guideline for some handy tips!
Should I personally sketch the design?
For the One Day Workshop :
Don't stress about your drawing skills! We'll get your design ready on your canvas before the workshop starts, using the references you provided.
For the Extended Workshop :
You've got complete freedom. You can sketch whatever you like, or if you prefer, we can prepare it for you.
Can I collect the piece I made on the same day
It depends on what workshop you take.
1) Standard Rug / Grand Rug / Mirror Rug šŖ
After we're done with the finishing touches, we can either send it your way or you can choose a date to swing by and pick it up. Delivery fee is on our house ā»
2) Artistic Rug
you can take finished work at the end of the course.
I want to make my assignment or personal artwork in tufting. Is it possible?
Absolutely! We're thrilled to provide both our space and expertise to assist you in crafting your masterpiece.

I'm experienced in tufting. Is it possible to rent the space?
We're in the process of setting up a membership-based rental service.
Hang tight, and your patience will help us offer you the best service and support for your inquiry.

Can I book on the same day?
We're cool with same-day reservations, just remember to book at least 2 hours before the workshop starts.
But, don't forget to shoot over your design for the rug through the Google Form we've got set up.
Is it possible to reschedule my booking?
We're pretty cool with a one-time reschedule to a different date or time, just give us a heads-up at least a week before your original workshop date.
Can I get a refund for my booking?
If you cancel at least two weeks before your workshop, you'll get a full refund. But if it's later than that, sorry, no refunds. You might want to think about finding someone else to take your spot in that case.

I'm planning a private event with tufting workshops. How can I go about booking this?

What should I wear to the workshop?
For the tufting workshop, it's best to go with comfy and casual clothes that can handle a little mess.
Wear something easy to move in and don't stress about stains or spills.
Is it acceptable if Iām unable to arrive on time?
Sorry for the inconvenience, but we can't make up for the delay š
We'll start the class by subtracting the delayed time and then continue with the regular class duration.
Can I bring my people?
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we kindly request that you refrain from inviting individuals who are not participating in the workshop.

What is the minimum age requirement?
To keep things safe, we're happy to have attendees who are 18 or older since you'll be handling the tufting machines during the workshop.
